Wellness & Conscious Living
Conscious Living is learning to be present to life.  It means making choices rather
than feeling powerless.  It's about embracing life moment to moment; being present
to the now.  It means taking time to be aware of those around us, of our thoughts,
and our feelings.  It's about not shutting down to life, even when it's painful.


Wellness means different things to different people.  The same is true with healing.  
People can experience wellness on the levels of thinking, feeling, physically, spiritually,
and behaviorally.


Dying or ill people can experience wellness or healing by understanding the meaning
of their lives or experiencing genuine connections.
Wellness and conscious living are ways of living our lives or living our dying, to find
satisfaction, dignity, and meaning.
