How do I find time for spirituality in every day life?
Many of us live lives of turmoil, physically and spiritually. We feel that there must be another way or we may feel a longing instead of what life is like now. Others describe is as feeling lost or not feeling connected.
Today, we are searching for meaning and purpose in our lives. We want to understand what our place is in the universe is and why our lives are the way they are -- in good times and difficult times.
Meditation is a way of being that has existed in every culture and time, in one way or another. Meditation helps us to learn to be with ourselves and grow more compassionate with ourselves and in our world.
